Academic Alliance of Non-uniform Settlement of Knee Joint
一、联盟成立背景(Background)
膝关节骨性关节炎是一种以关节软骨变性、骨质增生为特征的慢性关节疾病，主要表现为关节疼痛、肿胀、僵硬、功能障碍等。随着人口老龄化的加速和肥胖率的增高，膝关节骨性关节炎的发病率逐年增高。对其发病机制、危险因素以及诊断和治疗的研究有着重大的科研和现实意义。
Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is a common degenerative joint disease, characterized by gradual loss of articular cartilage and bone hyperplasia, resulting in joint pain, swelling, stiffness, and functional disorders. With the development of aging society and the increase of obesity rate, the incidence of knee OA rose up year by year.Thus, the research of aetiology, risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of knee OA is of great scientific and practical significance.
膝关节骨性关节炎临床可分为内侧间室型、外侧间室型、髌股型及全关节型, 其中内侧间室型最多见。在临床和科研工作中，我们发现膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎患者的X线和CT图像上普遍存在胫骨内侧平台明显低于外侧平台的现象。根据膝关节解剖学、生物力学和临床研究，张英泽教授认为胫骨平台发生不均匀沉降是膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎发生及发展的重要因素，提出了膝关节不均匀沉降理论。根据该理论采用腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎200余例患者，取得了良好的效果。
Knee OA can be divided into medial compartment OA, lateral compartment OA, patellofemoral OA and fully articulated OA. The medial compartment OA is the most highly prevalent one. In the clinical and scientific research work, it is found that in patients with medial compartment OA, the medial tibial plateau is usually lower than that of the lateral plateau based upon the X-ray films and CT images. According to the anatomical study, biomechanical study and clinical study of knee joints, Professor Zhang Yingze proposes that the non-uniform settlement of bilateral tibia plateau is an important an important factor for the occurrence and development of medial compartmental OA, thereafter puts forward the theory about the non-uniform settlement of knee joint. Based on this hypothesis, proximal fibular osteotomy has been applied to treat approximately 200 patients with medial compartment knee OA, most of whom reported good outcomes.
为进一步推广张英泽教授“膝关节不均匀沉降”理论，造福广大膝关节骨性关节炎患者，拟联合国内外骨科专家，成立膝关节不均匀沉降学术联盟，进行随机、对照、多中心、大样本、前瞻性研究，根据膝关节不均匀理论形成诊断和治疗骨性关节炎的新方法。
To further promote the theory of non-uniform settlement of knee jointand treat more patients suffering from OA，we, cooperating with the orthopedic experts at home and abroad, will establish the Academic Alliance of Non-uniform Settlement of Knee Joint, and conduct a randomized, comparative, multi-center,large sample and prospective study to investigate new methods for the diagnosis and treatment of knee OA.

二、联盟简介(Introduction)
膝关节不均匀沉降学术联盟由中华医学会骨科学分会候任主任委员张英泽教授发起成立，由国内外骨科相关领域的顶级专家组成，是专门针对膝关节不均匀沉降进行相关研究的学术联盟。
Prof. Zhang Yingze, the elect-president of Chinese Orthopedic Association, proposes and establishes the Academic Alliance of the Non-uniform Settlement of Knee Joint, which is consisted of the experts in the field of orthopedics at home and abroad.
联盟以膝关节不均匀沉降为主要研究课题，充分发挥各位会员的技术优势，依托各位会员所在单位的医疗科研资源，发挥整体合力，努力探索膝关节骨性关节炎的诊断和治疗新方法。联盟由国内外骨科相关领域的顶级专家自由加入组成，是联系大家进行研究的桥梁和纽带，是推动这一骨科科研领域发展的主要力量。
The academic alliance focuses on the non-uniform settlement of knee joint, leverages the technical strengths of all members, relies on the medical scientific research resources of affiliates, and works together to investigate new methods for the diagnosis and treatment of knee OA. The Academic Alliance, as the bridge and bond for connecting members, will act as a major force to promote the development of related research.
 
三、会员的权利和义务(Rights and obligations of members)
会员权利：
1.免费参加联盟组织举办的各种学术活动；
2.参与联盟的科研课题，并获得相应的资源支持；
3.分享联盟获得的科研成果和集体荣誉。
Rights:
1. Participate in the academic conferences for free.
2. Take part in the scientific research programs and receive relevant support.
3. Share the scientific research achievements and collective honors.
 会员义务：
1.遵守联盟相关规定；
2.执行联盟的决议、决定，完成联盟委托的工作任务；
3.积极参加联盟组织的有关学术会议，积极配合联盟开展各项科研活动，按研究要求提供所需病历资料、影像学检查等科研数据。
4.维护联盟的合法权益。
Obligations:
1. Adhere to relevant regulations of the Alliance.
2. Execute the decisions and resolutions, and complete the task entrusted by alliance.
3.Actively participate in conferences, collaborate with alliance to implement scientific research and provide the data required, such as medical history, imageological data etc.
4. Advocate legitimate rights of the Alliance.
